Kaj Dillen

Kaj Dillen has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Kaj has held various roles and positions in reputable companies.

Starting from 2012, Kaj founded AnalogEight, where they focused on motion graphics, web development, and web design until 2016.

From 2014 to 2016, Kaj worked as a Full Stack Developer at Karakters.

In 2016, they joined SII Belgium as a Frontend Developer and stayed until 2017.

After that, they worked at Vanden Borre as a Senior Frontend Developer and later became a Software Engineering Manager from 2017 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Kaj worked at Vimcar, initially as a Frontend Developer and later as a Development Team Lead.

In 2023, Kaj joined UNOWN as a Software Engineering Lead and then moved to Inyova Impact Investing as a Frontend Engineering Manager.

Throughout their career, Kaj has gained valuable experience in various roles and aspects of software development, contributing to their expertise in the field.

Kaj Dillen began their education in 2008 at HOWEST - Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, where they pursued a field of study in Digital Design & Media (DEVINE). Kaj completed their studies there in 2011. In 2011, they enrolled at HOGENT for Film/Cinema/Video Studies, graduating in 2012.
