Ajay Sarkar

Ajay Sarkar has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and management. Ajay currently holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at YPO. Prior to this, they served as Senior Director - Head of Salesforce at American Advisors Group from 2019 to 2021. From 2012 to 2019, Ajay worked as a Senior Manager at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Ajay also held a position as Vice President at Bank of America from 2008 to 2011. Before that, they worked as a Program Manager at Guardian Life from 2006 to 2008. Ajay began their career as a Manager at Capgemini in 1999, where they worked until 2006.

Ajay Sarkar holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Calcutta University, Kolkata.
