Benjamin Ullrich

Benjamin Ullrich is a Corporate Partner at YPOG, specializing in M&A, VC, and PE since June 2017. Prior to this role, Benjamin served as an Associated Partner at Flick Gocke Schaumburg from August 2015 to June 2017 and held positions as an Associate and Principal Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from February 2011 to July 2015. Benjamin's legal training began with a traineeship at Hanseatisches Oberlandesgericht from December 2008 to January 2011, which included experiences at the German Embassy in Hanoi, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Hamburg, Hengeler Mueller in Frankfurt, and Slaughter & May in London. Benjamin holds an MJur from the University of Oxford, a PhD in Law from the University of Bonn, and a Dipl.-Jur. from the University of Bonn, with studies also undertaken at Universität Passau.
