Theresia M.r. Heinrich

Theresia M.R. Heinrich is an accomplished professional in venture capital and law, currently serving as the Business Chair and Co-Initiator of the HealthTech VC Programme at Oxford Venture Capital Network, as well as Program Director. Other roles include Venture Scout at Flashpoint Venture Capital and MBA Ventures, Founder of OxWAVES, and Mentor at OxfordVentureBuilder. Theresia is also an Ambassador for Oxford Women in Business and a Venture Associate at Oxford Seed Fund, which supports Oxford-affiliated startups. With a legal background as an Associate at YPOG and previous experience as a legal clerk at Hanseatisches Oberlandesgericht, Theresia specializes in mediation, negotiations, and strategic solutions. Theresia is pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Oxford, building on a strong foundation from previous studies at Bucerius Law School and the University of Cape Town.
