Romy van Rein has a diverse work experience starting in 2015, where they had an HR internship at Qbuzz b.v. Romy then had another HR internship at IKEA in 2017. In 2018, Romy was an HR management intern at UMCG ambulancezorg. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a project supporter at Vonk Traineeship, where they assisted with the development and execution of the employer branding strategy and traineeship program. Starting in 2021, Romy joined Kyden and took on various roles, including being a project assistant for the Knowledge Network Data & Smart Society at VNG Realisatie and a change management support role for the Botlek Maintenance Organization at LyondellBasell. Romy van Rein completed a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 2014 to 2018. They then pursued a Pre-MSc in Change Management at the University of Groningen from 2018 to 2019. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's degree in BA Change Management from the same university from 2020 to 2021. In terms of additional certifications, Romy obtained a PRINCE2 Foundation certification from PeopleCert in January 2022, a Lean Yellow Belt certification from HillFive in December 2021, and a certification from the School of SKLLS (via YSE) in April 2023.
