Vanessa De Langsdorff

As VP of Customer Success, Vanessa is in charge of delivery management, customer and partner onboarding and training, alongside customer relationship and support. She has extensive expertise helping enterprise level firms drive digital transformation, across the banking, financial services and pharma sectors.

Vanessa's career began as a consultant in banking, working on operational strategy, digital transformation and change management. This is when she met Yseop's founder, Alain Kaeser, who was, at the time, working as a Project Manager within the retail banking sector. After spending a further 15 years in consulting, Vanessa joined Yseop as VP of Customer Success in 2018.

Vanessa also founded and managed an online cellar specializing in organic and natural wines, so she's our go-to wine expert! In her spare time, her passion lies in horse-riding, especially dressage.
