Tiffany Manuel

Tiffany Manuel has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being Human Resources Director & Risk Manager at Yuba County starting in December 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at Yuba County, including Interim Human Resources Director/Risk Manager and Human Resources Manager.
