Jeffrey Fleisher

Jeffrey Fleisher has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and cybersecurity. Jeffrey is currently working as a Solutions Engineer at Yubico since January 2020. In this role, they are involved in providing strong authentication solutions through their core invention, the YubiKey.

Prior to their current position, Jeffrey worked at BioCatch as a Solution Engineer from April 2019 to December 2019. Here, they were responsible for onboarding and integrating the BioCatch behavioral biometric application, which aims to protect digital identity.

From March 2017 to March 2019, Jeffrey worked as a Senior Security Consultant (EPM) at CyberArk, where they focused on providing best practices and solutions for securing endpoints with the Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) in order to ensure least privilege and application control. Jeffrey also served as the Manager of Technical Support, Americas from April 2016 to March 2017 and as an Enterprise Support Engineer from October 2015 to March 2017 at CyberArk.

Jeffrey's work experience also includes a role as a Sr. Support Engineer at Viewfinity from May 2014 to October 2015, where they provided technical support for Viewfinity Privilege Management and Application Control. Jeffrey was responsible for troubleshooting issues related to removing administrative rights from end users.

Prior to Viewfinity, Jeffrey worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Cyber-Ark Software from December 2012 to May 2014, providing technical support to customers using Cyber-Ark's Privileged Identity Management Suite. Jeffrey also handled LDAP/Active Directory integration issues.

At the beginning of their career, Jeffrey worked as a Help Desk Technician at Black Duck Software from March 2011 to December 2012, offering front-line support to internal users worldwide.

Before entering the technology industry, Jeffrey held a role as an Assistant Manager Emerging Technology/Information Technology at Joseph Merritt from October 2002 to March 2011. In this position, they managed a team of 10 people and provided technical support, including troubleshooting, software and hardware installations, and network issues.

Jeffrey Fleisher completed their education with an Associate of Science degree in Micro Computing and Networking from the Community College of Rhode Island from 1997 to 2003. Later on, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Northeastern University from 2010 to 2012. Finally, they obtained a Master's Degree in Information Assurance from Northeastern University between 2012 and 2016.
