Scotty Bara has extensive experience in design, digital media, and project management. Scotty started their career as an intern at Mid Peninsula Media Center, where they gained experience as a videographer and director. Scotty then worked as an intern at UserTesting before joining Adobe as a Design & Production Assistant Intern. At Adobe, they worked on various projects, including the redesign of Adobe's art magazine, "Create," and designing web pages for Adobe's creative conference, "MAX."
Scotty also worked as a Sports Photographer for Walter Cronkite Sports Network, where they covered various sporting events. Additionally, they took on the role of an Olympic Sports Photographer for Cronkite News, where they covered the summer Olympics in Rio.
Scotty's project management experience includes working as a Project Lead at the Gannett New Media Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab, where they focused on 360 video and virtual reality news storytelling. Scotty also served as a Project Lead for the NCAA, where they led a team in creating 360 video branded content for the NCAA Final Four college basketball tournament in Phoenix.
Currently, Scotty works at Yubico as a Design Producer, where they are responsible for designing social graphics, creating images for the website, organizing assets, UI web design, video production and editing, and creating style-guides for the company.

Scotty Bara attended Palo Alto High School from 2009 to 2013. After graduating from high school, they went on to attend Arizona State University from 2013 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
