Thomas B. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years and industries. Thomas began their career as a Lift Operations Manager and Snowboarder at Canyons Resort, where they managed schedules, coordinated external training, and ensured employee passion for work. Thomas then moved on to Apple, where they held various roles including Genius/Training Coordinator and Global Retail Training Core Mentor. In these positions, they facilitated new hire training, developed troubleshooting skills, and designed solutions aligned with global corporate needs. Thomas also worked as an IT Technician at The Integer Group, supporting mobile device management software and performing equipment repairs. Thomas later joined Infosys as a Technology Analyst, where they analyzed IT systems, developed testing tools and practices, and served as a project manager. Most recently, Thomas worked at Yubico as a Maven of IT, contributing to the development and deployment of their YubiKey device for strong authentication.
