Charlotte Hamilton

Charlotte Hamilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and technical support. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Operations, Support at Yugabyte since November 2020, Charlotte has also held roles in Customer Success Operations and Software Maintenance Engineering. Prior to Yugabyte, positions at Red Hat included Storage Engineer, Technical Support Engineer with a focus on Ceph, and various technical support roles. An alumnus of Concord University, Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems, coupled with a strong commitment to learning and team collaboration demonstrated through project management experience in app development during university studies.
