Vitalii Panov

Vitalii Panov is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in legal service management and corporate law. Since February 2004, Vitalii has served as the chief of legal service at Yug-Contract, overseeing legal operations and ensuring compliance. Previously, Vitalii held the position of chief lawyer at Special Enterprise "Holography" Ltd, providing comprehensive legal support, drafting legal documents, and representing the company in various legal matters. Prior to that, Vitalii worked as a lawyer at OLGA Audit Ltd, where duties included offering legal advice and participating in legal proceedings. Vitalii holds a degree in corporate law from Kyiv International University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
