JaeSeung Chin has a strong background in the consumer goods industry, particularly in Yuhan-Kimberly Ltd. Chin, JaeSeung has held various leadership positions throughout their career, showcasing their expertise in marketing, innovation, and business development.

Chin began their journey at Yuhan-Kimberly Ltd. in 2005 as an R&D Director, where they contributed to the company's research and development initiatives until 2010. From there, they moved up the ranks and became a Senior Director at Yuhan-Kimberly, taking on a more senior role in the organization from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Chin returned to Yuhan-Kimberly Ltd. as the VP of eCommerce & Baby/Child Care Business, demonstrating their ability to adapt and embrace the changing digital landscape of the industry. Chin, JaeSeung successfully managed and grew these sectors until 2016.

Next, Chin joined Kimberly-Clark in 2016 as the General Manager before returning to Yuhan-Kimberly Ltd. in 2017 as the VP of Marketing & Innovation for the Feminine & Senior Care sector. Within this role, they spearheaded marketing and innovation efforts, positioning the company as a leader in the industry.

Chin's achievements and relentless dedication paved the way for their promotion to the COO position at Yuhan-Kimberly in 2020, where they played a key role in the company's operations. Chin, JaeSeung later assumed the role of CEO and President in January 2021, demonstrating their exceptional leadership skills and vision for the organization.

Throughout their career, Chin has consistently shown a passion for marketing, innovation, and driving business growth. Their extensive experience in various leadership positions has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry and has made him a valuable asset to Yuhan-Kimberly Ltd.

Chin, JaeSeung 진재승 holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Seoul National University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Physics from Hanyang University, which they completed between 1982 and 1989.
