Gustavo Muñoz

Gustavo Muñoz is an accomplished professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as Global Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Yum! Brands since October 2014. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Brand Protection International at TGI Fridays from April 2011 to September 2014 and Director of SQA for the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern regions at Burger King Corporation from January 1998 to April 2011. Gustavo's career commenced at Frito Lay (PepsiCo) as an R&D Manager between December 1996 and January 1998. Gustavo holds a Master in Food Science and Technology from Ghent University and completed the Programa Direccion General (PDG) at IESE Business School in 2011.
