Ted T Lee is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and consumer goods industries. As General Manager of the Chinese Dining Business Unit at Yum China since November 2016, Ted oversees a portfolio of over 900 restaurants across various brands, including Little Sheep and East Dawning. Prior to this role, Ted served as Vice President and Brand General Manager for Little Sheep at Yum! Brands, managing a significant network of hot pot restaurants and related products. Ted's career also includes leadership positions at Crocs, Plantronics, Flextronics, and HP, where responsibilities spanned sales, marketing, operations, and product development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the University of San Diego.
