Rodolphe Landemaine is a seasoned entrepreneur and the founder of Maison Landemaine, which has been an artisan bakery and pastry shop in Paris since 2007 and expanded to Tokyo in 2015. Under Rodolphe's leadership, the bakery emphasizes tradition, ethics, and delight through healthy and flavorful recipes in spaces designed as vibrant community hubs. Additionally, Rodolphe founded Land & Monkeys in February 2020, a 100% plant-based bakery concept focused on positive environmental impact.
