Beki Ferara

Beki Ferara has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Industrial Engineering. From 1999 to 2005, they worked at Istanbul Corap Group as an HR Training & Development Supervisor and Operations Engineer. From 2005 to 2008, they were employed at Nestl\u00e9 Waters as an Organisational Development Manager, HR Project Manager, and Human Resources Generalist/Specialist. Beki then moved to DO&CO, where they were an Organisational Development Manager and Industrial Engineer from 2008 to 2009. Finally, from 2011 to present, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at Yupana, Inc., where they have recruited and on-boarded 400+ employees, scaled up the staff from 3 to 120+ employees across multiple domestic and international locations, and has had full GAAP based financial reporting responsibility.

Beki Ferara's education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting and Finance from San Francisco State University, completed between 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate Program in International Business & Finance from the University of California, Berkeley between 2010 and 2011. Beki also earned a MA in Human Resources Management and Development from Marmara University between 1999 and 2001, and a BSc. in Industrial Engineering from Yildiz Technical University between 1994 and 1998.
