Ursula du Plessis

Ursula Du Plessis is a marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and marketing strategy. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Yuppiechef since April 2024, Ursula previously held significant roles at PepsiCo from July 2020 to March 2024, including PO1 Shopper and Merchandising Lead and Senior Brand Manager, contributing to the merger with Pioneer Foods. Prior to PepsiCo, Ursula worked at Pioneer Foods as a Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager. Early career experiences include positions at Coty, Distell, South African Breweries, and Smollan, where Ursula developed expertise in brand activation, channel management, and sales. Ursula holds a BPhil Honours in Marketing Management from IMM Graduate School and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Stellenbosch University, alongside ongoing education in Advanced Digital Marketing from DSM - Digital School of Marketing.
