Natalia Goodnow, MA, MPIA, currently serves as the Mission Expansion Coordinator at YWCA Greater Pittsburgh since May 2023. Previously, Natalia contributed as a Research Volunteer at eGirl Power, producing a detailed report on sex-based discrimination laws, and interned as a Junior Researcher at the UNDP Istanbul Regional Hub, where user research for the STEM4ALL website was conducted. Experience as the Diversity Program Coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh involved managing a $650K National Science Foundation grant, organizing diversity training and events, and facilitating student recruitment efforts. Natalia also held various positions in retail management at Dress Barn, taught as an Adjunct Instructor at Community College of Philadelphia, and engaged in ESL instruction at Nationalities Service Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master's in English Language and Literature from Kent State University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Ivanovo State University.
