Susan Rosas

Susan Rosas has a broad range of work experience in various roles and organizations.

Susan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at YWCA Kalamazoo, where they are committed to eliminating racism and empowering women.

Prior to this, they were the President/CEO at Holy Cross Services for a period of 2 years, leading the organization with their expertise.

Susan also held prominent positions at BCFS Health & Human Services, where they served as the Vice President - Program Development, National Director, and National Program Director. During their time at BCFS, they focused on securing funding, strengthening program quality, and advocating for the welfare of unaccompanied children and sex-trafficked youth.

Furthermore, they have experience working internationally as a Technical Advisor at Project Sky - Cambodia and has held various roles at IOFA, Institute of International Education, ChildServ, and Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children. Susan'sextensive work experience includes direct service in child welfare.

Susan Rosas's education history includes a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Public Administration and Social Service Professions from the University of Chicago. Susan also obtained a Certificate in Global Mental Health: Trauma and Recovery from the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma. Susan has further certifications, including a Certificate as a KPICD Trust Based Relational Intervention Practitioner from Texas Christian University, a Certificate in Motivational Interviewing from the University of Maryland, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Financial Stewardship from Harvard University.
