Heather Kelsall

Heather Kelsall is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in governance, operations, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Governance and Executive Operations at YWCA Metro Vancouver since June 2023 and as Board Chair at Fresh Roots Urban Farm Society since December 2022, Kelsall has a robust background with WATSON Inc. as both an Associate and Governance Analyst from January 2014 to June 2023. Previous roles include Vice Chair of the Quality Assurance Committee at the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and various positions in community and non-profit organizations, including content lead for the Bridging the Gap Conference with Engineers Without Borders Canada. Kelsall holds a Master of Science in Global Governance and Ethics from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of British Columbia, with additional education at The University of Queensland.
