Katy E. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at YWCA Metropolitan Phoenix since September 2023, Katy previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Arizona Youth Partnership from June 2022 to June 2023. Prior to this, Katy was the New Connections Director at Paradise Valley United Methodist Church and the Director of Downtown Development at Glendale Chamber of Commerce - Arizona. With a foundation in human resources management from Great Lakes Fund Solutions, Inc. and experience as District Director for the Boy Scouts of America, Katy has developed strong skills in client relationships and organizational development.
