Their most recent position was as the Lead Software Engineer at Z Axis Solutions, where they specialized in back-end software development using the MERN stack. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at the same company, supporting the development team and building and maintaining components across multiple websites and platforms.

Before joining Z Axis Solutions, Randall Thomas was self-employed and worked at their own company, Randall Thomas Productions. During their time there, they worked as a Software Engineer, building websites using low-code platforms and later expanding their skills through full-stack development training at Nashville Software School. 🎙Randall also worked as a Professional Musician during that period.
