Paul Wharton

Mr. Wharton is an Associate of ZCG and a member of the ZCP Investment Team which is responsible for making and managing investments of existing and prospective private equity portfolio companies.

Previously, Mr. Wharton was an Investment Banking Associate at Credit Suisse (“CS”) focused on mergers & acquisitions. In this role, he was responsible for developing models in buyside and sell side processes across multiple industries, as well as diligence and data room management.

Prior to CS, Mr. Wharton was an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey (“HL”).

Mr. Wharton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Minors in Finance and Accounting, with distinction, from the University of British Colombia.
