Chris Sewell

Chris Sewell has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Chris worked at Z1 Motorsports as the Chief Operating Officer starting in July 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations & Product Development at Z1 Motorsports from September 2018 to July 2019. Before joining Z1 Motorsports, Chris worked at BP, where they held multiple positions. Chris was the Fabrication Manager responsible for delivering direct-contract Fabrication in the Alaska region from February 2018 to September 2018. As a Project Manager at BP, they successfully delivered a significant North Slope project involving the installation of electric motors and compressors. Chris also worked as a Construction Engineer on BP's Liberty Project and as a Facility Engineer at the Milne Point production facility. Prior to their time at BP, Chris worked at BMW Manufacturing as a Test Engineer, conducting durability and functional tests for vehicle hang-on parts. Overall, Chris has demonstrated a strong track record of delivering projects on time and under budget, managing relationships, and providing strategic oversight.

Chris Sewell attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
