Yakoub Bellawala is currently the VP Business Operations at Zact, having previously held various VP roles at Firsthand Capital Management, including VP Quantitative Analysis and VP Business Development. Bellawala also served as the COO at an investment advisor, overseeing IS, legal, HR, and accounting functions during its significant growth. With a background in database marketing and product marketing at companies like SGI, Starbase, Oracle Corp., and IBM, Bellawala brings a wealth of experience to the table. Bellawala holds an MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and a B.A. in Pure Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
