Gloria Dániel has a diverse work experience starting from 2009. Gloria began their career as a QC Analyst at Alliance Enterprise. Gloria then worked as a QC Analyst and Testing Environment Admin at Banco de Occidente, where they were responsible for planning and designing test environments and managing functional testing of banking applications.

Gloria later joined Globant as a QC Analyst SSr, where they defined and planned test strategies for projects and assigned and tracked QA tasks for the team.

After that, Gloria worked at Prodigious Latin America as a Senior QA Analyst and later as a Senior Hybrid QA Analyst. In these roles, they led QA efforts for production teams, defined and planned the test strategy for projects, and monitored and controlled QA activities. Gloria also served as the Capability Lead, mentoring and guiding peers in their career paths.

At Huge, Gloria worked as a QA Engineer and played an active role in testing and validating software applications. Gloria also developed and executed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

In their most recent role at MASSE, Gloria served as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Gloria managed the build timeline and release process of iOS and Android builds and designed and executed functional tests for different platforms.

Gloria's most recent experience was at ZAGA, where they worked as a QA Engineer and later as a QA & Technical Project Manager. Gloria managed teams and conducted comprehensive project planning, coordination, and oversight activities. Gloria also facilitated successful project closures.

Throughout their career, Gloria has demonstrated strong technical skills in QA, test automation, and project management. Gloria has extensive experience in Agile methodologies and has contributed to building a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Gloria Dániel has a diverse educational background and has pursued various certifications throughout the years. Gloria obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems from DePaul University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Software Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, spanning from 2003 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Gloria Dániel has also completed the Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in 2016.

Gloria Dániel has also obtained numerous certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in different areas. Some of these certifications include Product Management: Customer Development and Becoming a Product Manager: A Complete Guide, both from LinkedIn in 2022. Gloria also completed the How to Fix Bad Agile certification from LinkedIn in 2021. In 2016, they obtained the Project Management Capstone and the Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization from Coursera Course Certificates. Other certifications obtained in 2016 include Managing Project Risks and Changes, Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, and Initiating and Planning Projects, all from Coursera Course Certificates. Furthermore, in 2016, they obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level certification from iSQI GmbH. Prior to that, they became an ISO27001 Certified ISMS Internal Auditor in 2009 from SGS. In 2012, Gloria Dániel also obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
