Gordana Stanic Morel

Gordana Stanic Morel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in intercultural management and organizational culture. Currently serving as Associate Manager at Tridea Public Relations since May 2016, Gordana focuses on achieving business objectives and providing expert guidance to clients and team members. Additionally, as an Accredited Lecturer at Hofstede Insights since September 2018, Gordana educates on Hofstede’s cultural methodologies and their relevance to organizational settings. Concurrently, Gordana holds lecturer positions at Zagreb School of Economics and Management and University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić. Prior to these roles, Gordana worked with the United Nations from October 2002 to September 2011, overseeing mission-wide passenger services and coordinating with immigration authorities. Gordana earned a Master’s degree in Air Transportation from the University of Zagreb and participated in programs at Macquarie University and Università Bocconi focusing on International Leadership and Organizational Behaviour.
