Carol Brugger

Carol Brugger has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with their most recent position being Vice President of Global Product Strategy at Zai Lab since October 2022. Before that, they worked at Novartis Oncology as the Global Head of Medical Program Management from September 2021 to September 2022. Prior to Novartis Oncology, Carol held various roles at Novartis starting in 2009, including Executive Director of Global Oncology Portfolio Management, Senior Director of Early Commercial Strategy, and Director of Brand Strategy and Access. Carol also worked at Schering-Plough as an Associate Director, where they successfully managed marketing strategies to surpass sales and profit targets.

Carol Brugger has an MBA in Management and Finance from Columbia Business School. Carol also holds a JD in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Additionally, they have a BA in History and English from the University of Pennsylvania.
