Omar Alnaam

Omar Alnaam has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Omar worked as a Technology Director at Zain KSA, where they were responsible for delivering systems and apps based on business requirements. Omar provided guidance on long-term business/technology strategy and led a team of tech specialists to create innovative technical solutions. Omar also served as an Acting Technology Director and an IT Application Senior Manager at the same company.

Prior to Zain KSA, Omar worked as a Technical Team Lead at Tabadul, where they analyzed projects, rectified errors, and developed detailed design structures. Omar also gained experience as a Software Engineer at STC, where they executed the software development life cycle and wrote well-designed, testable code.

Omar Alnaam holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from Monmouth University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Omar also earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Hail, completing their studies from 2007 to 2012. In addition, Omar has obtained several certifications, including the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019, the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2020, and the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Scrum Fundamentals Certified, which do not specify the dates of obtaining.
