Alina Galushko has work experience as an HR Manager at Zakaz.ua since October 2018. Prior to this role, they worked as a Personnel Manager at In Taim, where their responsibilities included vacancy closure, candidate search using various techniques, creating and monitoring advertisements, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and other HR tasks. Алина also managed external and internal reserves, prepared reports, and facilitated the onboarding of new employees. During their time at In Taim, they were also responsible for monitoring the labor market.

Алина Галушко completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from НУБИП in the years 2012-2016. Алина then pursued a Master's degree in Information Management Systems and Technologies from the same institution from 2016-2017.
