Sachin Shahi

Sachin Shahi is a Senior Software Engineer with experience at multiple companies. Sachin started working at COTIVITI NEPAL (formerly Verscend Nepal) in May 2014, where they held the roles of Senior Software Engineer and Intern. During their time there, they were involved in revamping Medical Intelligence by creating a framework in Angular to change the UI from JSF and working on the integration of a Single Page Application (SPA) with microservices created using Spring Boot. Sachin also worked on a web application called Report Manager, which facilitated risk identification and stratification, and provided opportunities for clinically sound and financially effective interventions.

In February 2020, Sachin joined zakipoint Health as a Senior Software Engineer. Their responsibilities included conducting research on report generation using Apache POI, Aspose, and OOXML, creating a framework for generating PowerPoint and Word documents using Aspose, researching caching frameworks such as Memcached, Redis, Hazelcast, and Apache Ignite, and implementing a custom time period in zAnalytics.

Sachin Shahi completed their School Leaving Certificate (SLC) in Mathematics and Computer Science from WhiteField Higher Secondary School from 2005 to 2008. Sachin then pursued an Intermediate of Science (ISc) degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science from Kathmandu University (KU) from 2008 to 2010. Later, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Kathmandu University (KU) between 2010 and 2014.
