Higher education, master's degree in chemical engineer. A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology Stanisław Staszic in Kraków at the Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics. From 1978 he was associated with Zakłady Magnezytowe "ROPCZYCE" SA. He worked as a production master, manager of the production department, manager of the quality control department, head of quality management, head of production, development and production director. Since 2000, he has been a member of the company's management board. Since 2009, he has been the Vice-President of the Management Board for Quality and Development.
