Archana Raveendran

Archana Raveendran is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology and digital sectors. Currently serving as Lead Talent Acquisition for Tech & Digital in Europe at Zalando SE since May 2020, Archana previously held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in the CTO organization. Prior to Zalando, Archana was part of Facebook's APAC recruiting team from 2018 to 2020 and worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Asia Pacific at Autodesk from February 2017 to June 2018. Earlier in the career, Archana served as Principal Recruiter at HigherTalent Partners from 2012 to 2016 and as Senior Technical Recruiter at Orion Systems Integrators, Inc. from 2010 to 2012. Archana holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the National Institute of Technology Calicut and has pursued education at Providence Women's College in Calicut.
