Joe Silberg

Joe Silberg is an experienced product manager with a strong background in leading teams and managing complex projects. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager and Team Lead at Zalando SE since October 2017, Joe oversees a group of 14 specialists focused on intra-logistics WMS. Prior to this role, Joe was Senior Product Manager at Bestseller Fashion Group China, where substantial improvements in procurement processes were achieved, including a significant reduction in print spend and the integration of a BPM platform. Joe co-founded ZXB Shanghai Trading, delivering process management services, and held various positions at KettenWulf, enhancing global process harmonization and leading an SAP ERP rollout. Earlier experience includes strategic marketing at Scieries Réunies d’Abreschviller. Joe holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
