Maria Mastrafchieva

Maria Mastrafchieva is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and marketing, currently serving as Senior Tech CRM Manager at Zalando Lounge since July 2020. Prior to this role, Maria held various positions at Quandoo, including CRM Lead and Senior CRM Manager, from March 2017 to July 2020. Maria's earlier experience includes working as a Senior CRM Manager for EatFirst at Rocket Internet SE from September 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities included developing customer loyalty and retention strategies. Additionally, Maria co-founded Renaissance Media Group - Boulevart.bg, a marketplace for art and crafts, and held positions at Posoka.com Ltd and as a marketing intern at Sfumato Theatre Laboratory.
