Michelle Tran

Michelle Tran is an experienced leader in applied science and engineering, currently serving as VP at Zalando since May 2019, after holding positions such as Director of Applied Science & Engineering and Head of Applied Science. Prior to Zalando, Michelle was the Head of Data Science at Priori Data from January 2013 to March 2019, where the company utilized big data and machine learning to provide analytical insights to major brands and was acquired in 2018. Michelle's career began at The Brattle Group from March 2010 to December 2012, contributing as a Data Scientist and Research Analyst, focusing on econometric and statistical modeling for diverse clients. Academically, Michelle holds a B.A. in International Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge.
