Tom Green

Tom Green is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and product operations with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as Senior Lead in Talent Acquisition at Zalando since March 2022, Tom oversees global talent acquisition for the eCommerce platform and tech divisions. Prior to Zalando, Tom worked at audibene, where roles included Product Ops and Talent Lead for Tech & Product, successfully scaling the CTPO organization. From January 2016 to April 2020, Tom co-founded and advised Wave, partnering with startups to build tech and product teams. Additional experience includes senior account management at Campbell North, product recruitment at Salt, and tech recruitment at Hays. Tom holds an education degree from SAE Institute UK.
