Hilde Karlsmyr

Hilde Karlsmyr is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Zalaris. Prior to this role, Hilde held the position of Chief HR Officer at Steen & Strøm AS. With a background in Executive search and Management Assessments at Korn / Ferry International: SENSA Solutions, Hilde has extensive experience in the fast Moving Consumer Goods sector. Hilde also worked as a Sales Manager Retail and Market Plan Manager at AGA where Hilde focused on distribution of propane through retail chains. Hilde holds a Master's degree in Business and Marketing, as well as additional Master's degrees in Human Resources Management, and Employment Law from BI Norwegian Business School.
