Hazwan Shah Herman Shah

Hazwan Shah Herman Shah has a diverse work experience in logistics and operations management. Hazwan Shah is currently working as an Associate Director of Logistics at ZALORA Group since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Operations (Malaysia) at Janio Asia from October 2020 to April 2021.

From June 2019 to October 2020, Hazwan was the Vice President of Transport at Lazada eLogistics Malaysia. Hazwan Shah also held the position of Head of Transport at the same company from October 2018 to May 2019.

Before joining Lazada, Hazwan worked at DHL eCommerce from November 2016 to February 2018. Hazwan Shah held the roles of Head of Projects & Product and Head of Delivery. As the Head of Delivery, Hazwan was responsible for building and leading DHL eCommerce's last-mile domestic delivery network and courier fleet in Malaysia. Hazwan Shah successfully established a startup delivery network and fleet within a short timeframe and managed the recruitment and training of the delivery team.

Hazwan started their career at Pharmaniaga Berhad, where they worked as a Business Analyst Assistant Manager from July 2009 to July 2014.

Throughout their career, Hazwan has demonstrated their expertise in optimizing logistics processes, managing 3PLs, and achieving cost efficiencies. Hazwan Shah has a track record of implementing innovative solutions and driving growth in the logistics and operations departments of various companies.

Hazwan Shah Herman Shah completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Pharmacology from The University of Auckland in 2009. Hazwan Shah later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Strathclyde between 2013 and 2017.
