Bwalya Mwango

Bwalya Mwango is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as the Assistant Director for Innovation & Project Management at the Zambia Revenue Authority since August 2021, Bwalya has previously held significant roles at the Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority, including Head of Projects and Projects Manager, from March 2010 to August 2021. Prior experience at Zamtel from 2002 to 2010 included various engineering positions in Radio & Transmission Planning. Bwalya holds a Master of Engineering degree in Communications and Information Systems from Huazhong University of Science & Technology, a Cambridge International Diploma in Project Management from Zambia Insurance Business College, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Zambia. Education was also supplemented with a School Certificate from David Kaunda Technical School and further development through the Project Management Institute.
