Alessandro Milli

Global Head, Data & Digital Business Transformation at Zambon

Alessandro Milli has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Alessandro began their career at Menarini in 2005, where they focused on CRM and Sales Force Effectiveness. In 2007, they joined Cegedim and held various roles, including Product Manager and Account Manager, where they managed relationships with clients and implemented new services. From 2011 to 2013, Milli worked at Eisai as part of the Analytics and Business Intelligence team, providing market research and implementing CRM systems. Alessandro then moved to Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2014, where they held roles in Commercial Excellence and Customer & Market Insight, focusing on go-to-market models, field force development, and business insights for therapeutic areas such as oncology and respiratory diseases. Currently, Milli is the Global Head of Data & Digital Business Transformation at Zambon, overseeing data strategy, digital transformation, and business insights. Alessandro also previously served as the Head of Global Commercial Excellence at Zambon.

Alessandro Milli completed an Executive Master's degree in Management at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management from 2021 to 2022. During the same period, they also pursued an Executive Program in Data Science & Business Analytics at the same institution. Prior to that, in 2010, they completed a short course in Product Management at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management. Earlier in their education, Alessandro obtained a degree in Mathematics from the Università degli Studi di Firenze, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. Alessandro completed their secondary-school education at Liceo Classico Luca Signorelli Cortona from 1994 to 1999, earning a secondary-school diploma.
