Yuki Chaung is an accomplished food technologist with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently employed at Zambrero since April 2022, Yuki previously held the role of NPD Technologist at Essence Group Sydney from June 2021 to April 2022 and served as a Food Technologist and Quality Assurance Officer at Beak & Johnston Pty Ltd from July 2019 to June 2021. Yuki began a professional journey at Beak & Johnston Pty Ltd as a Research and Development Intern in late 2018. Yuki holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Advanced Studies in Food and Agribusiness with Honours from the University of Sydney, completed in 2019.
