Latha Kumar

Latha Kumar has worked in various roles across multiple companies. Latha began their career in 2006 as a Project Manager at Wells Fargo, where they led a team of 30 in the US and India and had a budget of $10M for a multi-year project. In 2012, they became the Managing Partner of Kumar and Associates. In 2014, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Zamorins Solutions, a knowledge-driven company that specializes in Business Analysis, Web Applications, Mobile Development, and Custom Website Development. In 2021, they joined Broadridge as a Sr.Project/Program Management Consultant, where they managed complex implementation Sentry projects for high profile client-facing projects with budgets from 500K to 4M and cross-functional, global teams of 10 to 20.

Latha Kumar obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur. Additionally, they hold certifications from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and from Scaled Agile, Inc. as a Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC).
