From serving as Vice President of Socoroma Mines and Minerals. Director of Development at TIBCO, he has served in numerous leadership roles in a variety of fields.

Mouli has a bachelor's degree from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, India and a Master's from Virginia Tech.
