Mark Lucas

Mark Lucas is an experienced human resources and quality management professional with extensive expertise in recruitment, workforce planning, and client support. Currently serving as Human Resources and Quality Manager and Senior Recruitment Manager at Zancott Recruitment Pty Ltd since October 2017, Mark has played a key role in the placement of high-quality candidates in various high-demand occupations. Previous roles include Workforce Coordinator at Monjon, Client Support Manager at Computermax, and Implementation Support Manager and Workforce Planning Manager at Chandler Macleod Group, where Mark led national implementations and workforce planning initiatives.
