Naveed Ali

Naveed Ali has over 20 years of experience in the finance and banking industry. Naveed started their career in 2000 as Company Secretary and AVP Country Operations at Samba Bank Pakistan. In 2005, they joined Mashreqbank as Head of Finance for subsidiaries. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Senior Vice President at Arif Habib Bank Limited. Naveed then joined Habib Bank Limited in 2008 as GM Finance and Administration for the Gulf Region, where they worked for 10 years. In 2018, Naveed Ali joined Al Hail Holding as Finance Director and Member of the Core Team for setting up a Universal Digital Bank in UAE. Naveed is currently working as the Director of Finance at Zand.

Naveed Ali received their Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan between 1996 and 2000. Naveed then pursued further education and completed the Oxford Fintech Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in the year 2020. In 2020, they also obtained Membership from ICAEW, specializing in Business and Finance field.
