In 2012, they began working for Ralph Lauren as a Desktop Support - Windows 7 Migration, where they assisted the company in completing their 4000 users to Windows 7 migration in New York and New Jersey offices, troubleshot and resolved software compatibility issues, and created batch files for printer queues and drivers for easy printer and network drive mappings. In 2014, they began working for NetSuite as an IT Support Specialist. In 2017, they began working for Oracle as a Sr. Infrastructure Systems Engineer. Most recently, in 2020, they began working for Zanovoy as the Director System Operations.
Christian Silva-Netto attended the Asian Institute of Computer Studies University from 2006-2008, where they earned a degree in Computer Science.
