Jake Gong

Jake Gong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, research, and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Zanskar Geothermal & Minerals, Inc. since December 2022, Jake previously held the position of Research Fellow at Contrary, where investment memos on crypto and climatetech startups were authored. A significant tenure at Bain & Company from September 2017 to August 2022 included roles as Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and Associate Consultant, alongside a Strategy and Finance Associate role at ALX focused on B2B sales systems and job placement initiatives. Prior experience encompasses leadership in social venture due diligence at the Sorenson Impact Center and technical assistance for impact investing.
