Helder T. has extensive experience in investment and corporate leadership roles, currently serving as Administrador Delegado at ZAP - A minha TV since June 2022 and as a Partner at AP Capital Partners, an investment firm focused on private equity in Mozambique and Angola, since February 2007. In addition, Helder holds the position of Non Executive Director at INTERAFCON MOZAMBIQUE and has served as Director at Baobab Resources Plc from March 2020 to October 2024. Helder co-founded Brace Energy Group, a company providing comprehensive oil and gas services, and previously worked as a Process Consultant at Proudfoot Consulting. Educational qualifications include an Executive program in Business Strategy and Financial Performance from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of South Africa.
